Rental rates are based on an 8 hour day, 45 hour week, and 180 hour month. Hours over the rental limit will be charged at an increase of 10% over the hourly rate based on an 8 hour day.

Delivery: Delivery available within Connecticut and Western MA; fee applicable based on distance from Granby CT (includes drop-off and pick-up).

Reservation Deposit: $50 to hold the date(s) which will be applied to the balance at the time of rental payment.

Fuel: All equipment goes out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Refueling service charge: 150% of the current rate of fuel.

Rental Return Dates: All equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date or Late Fees will apply. To inquire whether the equipment is available for extended rental term, you must contact Tier 1 within 24 hours of time of return.

Cleaning Charges: All equipment must be returned in the condition it was received. If machine is excessively dirty upon return, a minimum charge of $50.00 will be applied.

Payment: All rental charges are to be paid in full prior to the start of the rental.

Subletting of equipment is not permitted.

Prices and equipment listed may change at any time without notice.

Responsibilities of Renter:

1. Customer must furnish a qualified operator for type of equipment being rented.

2. A valid driver’s license and major credit card are required to rent.

3. Customer is responsible for ensuring normal daily maintenance is performed, such as greasing, checking oil levels, tire pressures, etc.

4. Customers must inform Tier 1 Rental LLC immediately of equipment failure or malfunction.

5. Customers must accept liability for maintenance expense due to abnormal wear and /or damage to machine and tires.

6. Customers are responsible for damages incurred from theft, fire, and vandalism.
